Display

  1. Open Otherdesk and tap Settings.
  2. Set Quality. Automatic follows the link. Choose a lower quality if the session feels heavy.
  3. Set Zoom. Fit to Screen keeps the whole Mac visible.

Pointer

  1. Set Tracking Speed if the cursor feels slow or too quick.
  2. Set Size if the pointer is hard to see.
  3. Connect again. These values take effect on the next session.
